The location wasn't easy to find if you're unfamiliar with Bilbao and don't know that a local train station with shops is hidden behind an ordinary building. Additional information would have been very helpful. Dropping off and picking up the item was very easy: the shop owner was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Expensive, but convenient to leave your suitcases behind for a while. Costs €16.50 for 2 small slippers and 1 piece of hand luggage.

The location is great, right in the center. Dropping them off and picking them up was no problem at all. The only downside is that they open at 10 am. But that wasn't a problem for us.
