Excellent! 👍 Everything went smoothly. I was able to spend some time in the lounge with a good coffee while waiting for my airport transfer. The team is fantastic (they're going to add the Moroccan flag 🇲🇦 to the other flags 😉). I highly recommend it.

The location wasn't easy to find if you're unfamiliar with Bilbao and don't know that a local train station with shops is hidden behind an ordinary building. Additional information would have been very helpful. Dropping off and picking up the item was very easy: the shop owner was extremely friendly and accommodating.

It was difficult to find the location of the point

Good service. The sign for luggage storage could be more visible with more contrasting colours. Also there should be a small clear sign in the window. I missed the spot several times although I was looking actively. There is more business for you and happier customers with a clear sign. Best regards

Expensive, but convenient to leave your suitcases behind for a while. Costs €16.50 for 2 small slippers and 1 piece of hand luggage.
