The gentleman who received them wasn't very talkative, but he was polite. The establishment is a bazaar. The suitcases are left in a separate room, divided from the store by a curtain. Since this app includes insurance that covers the luggage, I didn't feel unsafe. The place is easy to find because the address is correct and it's at street level.

The location wasn't easy to find if you're unfamiliar with Bilbao and don't know that a local train station with shops is hidden behind an ordinary building. Additional information would have been very helpful. Dropping off and picking up the item was very easy: the shop owner was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Good service. The sign for luggage storage could be more visible with more contrasting colours. Also there should be a small clear sign in the window. I missed the spot several times although I was looking actively. There is more business for you and happier customers with a clear sign. Best regards

The location was less than 50 meters from the bus going to the Airport. The people working in the supermarket were very friendly and helpful. No need to worry about the size of you suitcase, no hassle with entry codes or lockers. All in all a perfect solution for temporarily storing your suitcase.

The location is great, and it was right next to our accommodation. The only thing that made me a little uneasy was that the backpacks were left behind the counter and were still there when we went to pick them up. Considering they go in and out with the bikes alongside other customers, it seemed a bit unsafe, but everything was fine when we arrived. They were very friendly.
