Luggage locker Locker Berlin Ostbahnhof Station

I'm very pleased. I was able to leave my things and enjoy the concert. Using the locker and the app was hassle-free. It guides you step-by-step on how to do everything.

The customer support was the winner- my QR code had expired and she responded quickly and got me a new code. Also make sure you follow the directions to the location exactly- they are correct and clear

Paid in coin and it spat our money back out. Great free storage.

I was able to quickly put my larger bag in and take it out of the locker. It's advantageous to be able to reserve the locker in advance, as this ensures you'll get one. I would gladly use this service again.

I used Berlin Ostbahnhof when I went to the East Side Gallery. The lockers here are at the back, and there are homeless people and it has a slightly scary atmosphere with a dilapidated feel. I was confused at first, but there was a guide on how to use the lockers and it was very easy to use, so it turned out to be a good idea.

Hard to find. The key point is that corridor West 2 is short and accessible only from S bahn platforms. No signs.

It was difficult to find. But safe and with the bounce app always easy to access and manage.

Slightly difficult with the building works; you need to leave and reenter the station but great location and easy to follow instructions. Big enough for a large suitcase, only issue is that large compartments are placed high up and very limited in number.

The directions are a bit strange, you enter from outside the station through a tunnel that is narrower/smaller. The machines work well and the instructions for storing/collecting luggage are simple and clear.
