Friendly employee and overall good experience. The small bags were put in a back room that we did not see, but our large bag was left exposed in front of the register. A bit weird since someone could have taken it - and this is NOT a secure facility for bags, but it worked out fine and was easy to book. Just be aware if you have very expansive items maybe find a secure locker to store your things instead.
