Really excellent type of service. The person in charge of the store that day was very helpful, efficient and informative. Did not rate 5 star simply because the store was locked when we arrived. He had left his phone number on the door and arrived within 3 minutes.

Wow!! Just what I needed. I didn't know these existed. I did not want to kill 5 hours in the airport and then another 4 1/2 hours on a plane. I wanted to spend some time around Austin but I couldn't with two suitcases. I dropped off my two suit cases for just over $15 for a day. Lots of locations and I found one right by the capitol. I was able to tour the capitol knowing my luggage was safe. My location turned out to be a UPS store so I felt confident. I didn't know if it was a locker or what so I was pleasantly surprised that it was at a reputable business. It was well worth the fee. I would not have been able to spend a few hours in Austin if it wasn't for Bounce and The UPS Store.

This location put my luggage behind the store’s counter within visibility of store customers. I would feel that my luggage was more secure if it were put in the store’s storage area, locker, or back room. Nothing happened to my luggage from being behind the counter—but I would have preferred it begin secured out of the sight of customers.
