I have zero complaints. It was my first experience using Bounce to store my luggage. It’s located at a UPS store in a nice and vibrant area.

The experience was fast and easy! I got all of my items back just the way I left it! Plus, they are friendly!

They keep your bags safe in a room in the back where only employees can go. Super convenient area to downtown ATL and dropping off/picking up was super quick. Would recommend them 👍

Amazing storage location! Would 100% go back if I come to Atlanta. Staff is super friendly, my bag was well identified and stocked in a safe place. The location is also 5 stars : 3min walk from Peachtree Center metro station and 3min from the Olympic Park. Definitely recommend. Thank you for making this part of my short stay so easy!

I needed to store a small item/bag that I could not bring into the Georgia Aquarium. There were no public lockers at the aquarium. Bounce at this facility was a great solution. Diana was very trustworthy & helpful.

Very easy to find and check in and out. The staff was incredibly nice and the hours are convenient. It’s a great location if you have a long layover in Atlanta like I did and want to visit downtown.

Beyond easy to use and a much-needed service. Paid about $10 to store my bag at the location just south of Piedmont Park (it's a UPS store in a good area). Staff was friendly and made it simple. Make sure to search for the locations on their website rather than Google as you'll see the most choices that way.
