  • BE SURE TO CHECK IN BEFORE ARRIVING. This Bounce location is self service but you do have to message them before arriving to get the keypad code for the front door. I missed this memo on the way to the location and had to do it there and wait a few minutes for their response before I could go inside and store my bags. Otherwise, great Bounce location!

  • Communication with the staff was a little slow at first, but then everything went very well. They should indicate that you should send a WhatsApp message instead of asking them to call; many of us don't have a phone line to send direct messages or make calls. Otherwise, everything was great.
