Very pleasant experience overall, storage located inside a hotel, with really nice people on the reception. Storage is straight up in the middle of the city centre 3 minutes from the metro station. Also there was no problem for us to additionally use the toilets and sit in the lobby for a few minutes to shelter ourselves from the heat
