The location was perfect for us. relatively close to the apartment. Our bags were stored in a storage room, and we felt that they were in good hands.

Once we scanned the QR code, and it opened a connection through WhatsApp, the vendor responded quickly. We gave him our booking number and our pin and immediately the locker opened. Behind the door was a large luggage rack on wheels that we could roll out most the way. We easily loaded several large suitcases, a backpack, a carry-on, and two paper bags. After rolling it back in, the door closed automatically and locked. Retrieving it all six hours later was the same process in reverse, using the already-initiated WhatsApp call: simple, efficient, and safe. We’ll definitely use Bounce in the future!
