Everything went well. Our OAKs hotel didn't want to store the suitcases because we had a private apartment there. With this service we were at least able to walk through Adelaide without a suitcase on the day of arrival.

Staff were extremely helpful in getting our luggage booked in. Location was convenient being right on the mall.

Easy to find and use, only reason why 1 less star. I thought it would be individual lockers but bags were just stored in a room.

Very difficult to find, Google maps sent us up a alley that appeared to be the back of the store. Once we found the place they did not have any Bounce luggage tags left (the also take luggage for other providers and they had tags for those companies but not for Bounce). It felt a little uncomfortable leaving our luggage not tagged. Staff were polite and apologetic about the tags. Retrieved the luggage without incident.

Great location, easy to usr

Friendly staff. Could go back to put shopping in our bags, but had to take bags into store area as could not be left alone on back area. So convenient being right on town!
