Everything worked out well. Our Oaks Hotel wouldn't store our luggage because we had a private apartment there. Thanks to this service, we were at least able to walk around Adelaide without our suitcases on the day of our arrival.

Very difficult to find, Google maps sent us up a alley that appeared to be the back of the store. Once we found the place they did not have any Bounce luggage tags left (the also take luggage for other providers and they had tags for those companies but not for Bounce). It felt a little uncomfortable leaving our luggage not tagged. Staff were polite and apologetic about the tags. Retrieved the luggage without incident.

Friendly staff. Could go back to put shopping in our bags, but had to take bags into store area as could not be left alone on back area. So convenient being right on town!
