Overall, a good experience. I was desperate to store my luggage for the day and this was very convenient. The cost and booking process online was excellent. Good insurance coverage. The guy at the store was very quiet, but stored my bags fine. The store was locked/unattended when I went to collect my bags (back in 10 mins sign on the door). This caused me to lose the uber that was waiting for me, but it was easy to get another.

It was a relief to have to carry a large suitcase for 5 hours until the AirB&B check-in time. They will keep it at the convenience store. I had to download an app, but it was as simple as scanning a QR code. Two suitcases cost about $21. Pay with Apple Pay. The area can get a bit dangerous at night, so I don't really recommend women going there alone at night, but during the day there's no problem.
