I stored my luggage for a week at Tabacceria in Olbia, and everything was so smooth and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I can recommend storing luggage here.
Quick and easy, opens early and closes late just what you need.
The lugguage storage is just in front of the Bus Stop for the Airport (buses 2 or 10 from Olbia->Airport). You can get your ticket at the "Tabacchi" counter.
