Location was perfect for our purposes. Went to a concert for a favorite artist. Dropped off our luggage and picked up just fine. Owner said to pick up whenever, he was very friendly and accommodating! We had 6 heavy bags and suitcases that he was able to secure safely. Will definitely use his service again. ♡

I had issue upon drop-off of my bags. I made a booking mistake. Instead of selecting 3 days I selected one day. The staff helped me resolved my issue and refunded my money immediately. And I was able to rebook my bags for 3 days. Thanks for the great service.
