Slow going to start with, AT NO FAULT OF THERES, we arrived slightly early and minor technical difficulties, but they had not issues with us coming back to get things from our bags...

I got a bit late to drop my bags in and the staff sent me a message asking if everything is okay and directions to the store. Plus picked them up earlier and they were fine with that too. I didn't even know of such services but will definitely be using them again!!

The staff member was very helpful and assured us of the safety of our items. It’s in a very convenient location next to Riverside Market. Very cheap and easy to use.
It would be great if the store was open earlier and later but otherwise great experience
