We came on Halloween so we were a bit scared when Art the clown was the one who greeted us and kept our bags, but everything was so seamless and the customer service (although a bit jarring) was superb, definitely recommend leaving your bags at this UPS location!

The staff is incredibly friendly, drop-off and pick-up were both quick and easy, and it's a really convenient location to the National Mall and the DC Metro.
The process was smooth and the location is great if you're doing sightseeing or museums.
