It was really easy to drop off and pick up. The location is convenient, the staff are great, and the atmosphere is makes you want to stick around for more
If you are relying on public transportation to get there and leave, then leaving can be a problem. The city bus only passes by once an hour. Aside from that, the location is decent. Close to the Love/Field orange line train.
