It is conveniently located. The staff is nice and friendly. It really worked out well for me, when my flight got delayed and I had a few hours to kill in Charlotte.
I stored my bag here for a few hours during a long layover at charlotte airport. It was convenient. A little out of the way from downtown but an easy Uber.
