I had issue upon drop-off of my bags. I made a booking mistake. Instead of selecting 3 days I selected one day. The staff helped me resolved my issue and refunded my money immediately. And I was able to rebook my bags for 3 days. Thanks for the great service.

Nice staff. Location is around 10 mins walk to the Met. Very convenient since the Met doesn't accept suitcases at the coat/bag check. Easy in, easy out as the shop was not very busy on a Saturday afternoon. Bag was locked in an "Employees Only" room so was quite safe.
