Drop off and pickup was very easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Past reviews seemed to worry about bags being in open area out of sight of workers where shoppers could see, I did not have this problem. The bags were in a side storage room attached to what looked like a lunch room area. They were out of some employees sight but unless wandering shoppers went back in the lunch room/storage area the bags seemed safe enough for me. Very easy to find and good price. There are not a ton of options in Helsinki but this was a good choice.

Smooth experience overall. Recommended to those that don’t want to bring your heavy backpack to explore Helsinki city during your transit.

What a lovely cafe with a beautiful creative atmosphere

The store was continently located, good android fast service by the staff. And overall no worries about luggage stored. The person took a picture of baggage before collecting it from us and returned same way as it was.

Conveniently located in the heart of Helsinki near the harbor where we could grab our luggage and walk to the cruise ship.
