The drop off with the staff was difficult. They didn’t understand English so there was a little miscommunication. It took us a bit to drop our luggage off. Everybody else was perfectly fine.

They should write the closing time properly. Everything went ok with our bags. However, when I booked it was possible to reserve to 7.30pm but, when we arrived the restaurant told us they would be close from 5pm to 8pm, so we woudn't be able to pick up bags at the chosen time. Happily, they were great and took us around 10 minutes earlier than restaurant opening hours and we were able to pick them up before they were actually open.

It would be better to have the shop name placed directly on the store to avoid confusion. However, the staff were lovely, the process was super easy and the price was more than reasonable! Happy customer and would go with them again when I return to Sevilla :)

The store were brilliant and this service was great! It’s right on the edge of the historical centre so was perfect for a day trip! Seeing as Santa Justa has INCREDIBLY dropped its baggage store service - in Seville 🤣🤦🏻♂️

The best luggage storage shop on earth! The owner was super friendly and helpful with our luggage. She did not hesitateto go the extra milefor us and we definitely will choose her shop if ever come back. There are many cute souvenirs in her shop so if you ever go there make sure you spendsome time shopping around too🥰thanks again for everything thing this shop is 100% five star recommended!!
