Explain well the location of the baggage claim

No issues! A little tricky to find and enter, you have to go up three floors (there is an elevator) and through a quite narrow door. No issues with just my trolley but bigger luggage could be a challenge. Very friendly personnel

The staff was very friendly and served us willingly. It was a very convenient location for us because we had already checked out but wanted to visit the Vatican, and we needed a place to leave our luggage

All went smooth and easy.

Great and fast service! I can recommend it.

Very difficult to find. GPS kept sending us to another location a few blocks away. When we finally arrived the checkin was easy and the lady was very friendly. The app is challenging too. I needed to change checkin time and it asked again how many bags. Then it proceeded to charge me for double the bags.

Really friendly, great value, a few mins walk from Lepanto metro stop; ideal if you have to check out of accomodation early but take a flight later in the day. We dropped our bags and spent a few hours at Castel Sant'angelo before picking them up and heading for the airport. Also next to a really great cafe!
