The staff had no notification or idea about our reservation (3 suitcases) and didn't really know what to do. It took quite a while to verify everything. But very friendly, the location is good and the pizzas were excellent!

The location of the hotel is hard to find but everyone is SOOO friendly and helpful

I left my suitcase here while walking the Camino and dropped off my backpack for the day when I arrived back to Porto. There were no issues on either drop off or when I picked them both up at the end. The space was secure, clean, and temperature controlled.

Front Door Bell could be highlighted better to gain access in absence of key-code

It was super easy… rang the doorbell, lady opened door, put our luggage in locked storage room, returned at estimated time and repeat.

Really convenient location but we had to wait for a long time to pick up our bags

The store was easy to find. It wasn’t that close to the Sao Bento station. However, we used Uber to get there and stored 4 medium size luggage. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely use the service again.

Good experience with the storage place, but they were a little hard to find as the name of the store was different from the name Bounce gave. They were the Porto Sightseeing store.
