The luggage storage is located within the Novotel Hotel, which was reassuring. The location is easily accessible, situated in The Passage corridor. Showing the Bounce reservation screen to the receptionist and scanning the QR code, they took a photo, uploaded it to the app, and then led us to the luggage room. Retrieving our luggage was simply a matter of showing the screen again – very convenient, and the receptionist was very friendly. Our main purpose for this trip was to visit the Mauritshuis, and this storage location was nearby. The nearest tram stop is Spui, which runs between Spui and The Hague Central Station, both only a 5-8 minute walk away – very convenient!
