all good; just that the Bounce branding is missing and it took a few attempts to find and confirm the location; once confirmed the process itself was straightforward for drop off and pick up - as all info is looked up scanning the qr code of the order in bounce app

The drop-off and pick-up process went smoothly. It's just a bit tricky to find. Tip: take the KLIA to Terminal 2, which is only a short walk. It's on the right at the train exit. The fare from Terminal 1 is 4 RM.

Easy to find, no issue

All good and straight forward

Easy baggage drop-off and pick-up via QR code. The hardest part was finding the elevator that goes down to level 1 (at gate 2 on level 2, there is an elevator that goes down to level 1 and then it's immediately on the right when exiting the elevator.

staff were helpful and quick! great storage, was cheaper to store our luggage at the airport than to bring it with us on the flight and it worked perfectly had 2 medium suitcases.

It was easy quick and efficient, there are two baggage solutions in klia terminal 2 and this one is on LEVEL 1 so you would need to take the lift down to level 1 to get to it.

A little hard to find, the locker is located on Level 1 in the "transportation hub"—no need to look on the other floors, go straight there. Apart from that, everything is spotless and secure.
