Excellent experience. The luggage handlers were excellent, returning my luggage in the same condition: inside were a Samsung notebook, a Samsung S10 tablet, and some expensive books. Everything was perfect. The suitcase is kept in a locked cabinet, which is in the possession of the owners. At first glance, the street might seem strange, but it's just that – the city center near the Lacerda Elevator doesn't offer much tranquility and requires attention. Furthermore, they allowed me to use the restrooms on the premises and to call an Uber from inside. The guesthouse, which has a bounce house, is run, from what I saw, by a very polite and responsible family. Outside, there's a company you just need to ring. The only important observation is that the address is given as one street, but you just turn left; I was brave enough to ask a local gas station attendant who pointed out the exact location.

I recommend it, but there's no labeling for identification. Although the space is small (a locker with a key), there could be confusion or excessive risk when retrieving items, in case of bad faith on the part of a user, especially if there are many suitcases stored.
