Discover Minoru Arenas luggage storage

Great! Super easy and the barista even let us store our bags 30 minutes early.

Excellent experience. Easy to find and great service

Simple and easy

It was straightforward, staff were very nice.

The drop off process was great, and the employees were super kind!! 100% would recommend to anyone not wanting to carry their bags!! ☺️

Took me a few minutes to wait for the coffee shop staff to complete their coffee shop duty. It’s understandable considering the location but if they can find a way to streamline the process (like letting the customer notify the store 5-10 minutes before they arrive) that could help smoothen things out.

Check booking more carefully

I thought I would be given a ticket or have a QR code scan but they just accepted my suitcase and barely checked my friend’s reservation.

easy pick up an drop off

The staff were friendly, and it's very close to the Richmond-Brighouse on the Canada Line. Plus, it's open until midnight, making it an ideal place to store my luggage when I'm taking a red-eye flight. Before leaving, I can buy a drink and sit on a bench on the sidewalk, which is quite clean.

Very kind and easy to store/retrieve my bags. Even helped me take them outside

Very kind staff. And it’s near the station.

Very easy, guy working was friendly and even was able to recommend where to get food from. Highly recommend this service for the convenience.

Location is very convenient, next to the Skytrain and CF Richmond Centre. Easy drop off and pick up. There’s also seating outside the entrance if you need to sort out your luggage. Not for people younger than 19 as it’s a vape shop.

Michael at Lavar Spa was amazing to deal with. Very easy to deposit luggage and collect. Would recommend using them!

The people are friendly, however they need to detail how to get into the building.

I would have preferred if the bags went in a locked room.

Excellent place to drop your luggage while at CF Richmond Center.

A bit difficult to find as it was inside a building and you needed to ring up the store to be let in. Pretty near the train station to and from the airport

Great location near the airport and friendly service.

Fast, efficient and hospitable service.
