When we showed up, they were friendly, scanned our QR code, photographed our bags, checked our name matched our booking info, made sure we knew their closing time, and generally seemed organised. When we returned, they scanned our QR code again, checked the photo they had taken earlier, and gave us back our luggage. Bounce uses independent shops and restaurants to hold the luggage, so you don't always know which the good ones will be, but Dosa did a good job for us. It's also perfectly positioned for the station.

You prebook easily on the app. You walk your luggage into the restaurant and friendly staff check your QR code and take pictures of your luggage. You should take pictures as well as it helps them to find your luggage upon pick up in the storage room they secure it in at the back of the restaurant. Pick up was smooth amd easy and bags were in same condition they were upon drop off. Very convenient way to explore Oxford without the stress of leaving luggage in a vehicle or carrying it around (this location was within walking distance of Christ Church, the Meadow, amd Botanical Garden).
