Great experience, easy communication with staff, close to city center and Prešernev squar, would recommend

This was our first time using Bounce and it was great! Very easy to book, easy in and out. I would definitely use it again.

I was told it would be open from 6 AM, so the automatic doors at the entrance were closed, and I waited for 10 minutes beforehand. It opened exactly on time, and I was able to use the service quickly and smoothly, allowing me to proceed with my travel itinerary as planned. It seems that the closing time varies depending on the day of the week, and they kindly informed me of the closing time on the day of pickup. Picking up my luggage was also smooth.

The place is convenient to store your luggage and bag pack as it is centrally located in the city. Highly recommend to use the place for this purpose. Tiana was friendly and courteous. Good customer service.

Considering the lack of luggage storage at the train/bus station, this is a great place, and it's great that such an option exists here. Friendly, fast service, and English is easy to understand. Walking around Ljubljana for 5 hours with just a carry-on backpack and the one I left with you would have been torture. Thank you again, and I hope the small 💶 bonus actually reaches you.

When we found this left luggage place we were really happy not to have to have our heavy backpacks for the 4 hours before our train. We were greeted absolutely professionally and courteously. We were confident that our luggage would be secure. All was perfect and it was conveniently close to the station. (Shocking that passengers’ left luggage has not been provided for during the development of the station). Thank you.

Great experience with super friendly staff. Two bags for the while day cost us 15€. Open until 7 allowed us to be really flexible. Right next to the train stop.
