We received a very warm welcome from the friendly gentleman, who was incredibly helpful. It's not a given that such a great service is offered externally by a hotel. Two thumbs up for that! Collecting our luggage was also extremely easy. We wish the team at the Meininger Hotel and the service provider Bounce all the best. Keep up the good work! :-)

Everything worked quickly

The shop is located on level -1, below the southwest exit of the station. Primarily a money transfer service, luggage is stored behind the counter. Drop-off was very quick, but retrieval took a little longer (there were other customers and only one person at the counter).

Good way to go!
