The Bounce Storage at the Meininger Hotel near the train station is great for visiting the old town without luggage. Payment is only possible via the Bounce app (cashless only). It costs €6.50 for a backpack for 4 hours. A flexible payment option upon pickup, perhaps hourly rates, would be better. This would give you more flexibility and allow you to only pay for the time you actually need; we only used it for 2 hours. Of course, you don't always know in advance how long you'll need it. The staff is friendly, and I recommend it.

Very friendly. They're close to the central station, and the luggage is very well stored, locked and secured with a unique code. I highly recommend them.

Very convenient luggage drop solution, but the guys at reception could be better trained on the system - took them some time to find our reservation when we came to pick up out things.

The shop is located on level -1, below the southwest exit of the station. Primarily a money transfer service, luggage is stored behind the counter. Drop-off was very quick, but retrieval took a little longer (there were other customers and only one person at the counter).
