Excellent service for dropping off and picking up luggage. We were a little worried at first because we hadn't asked the closing time, and it was supposed to be 4 pm, but they actually closed at 6 pm. When we arrived, we had no problem getting all our luggage back. It's also very secure; we had to leave some electronic devices due to weight restrictions, but everything was in its place.

Very friendly service - you can also drink coffee and eat something delicious there - I recommend it :)

Very good experience - storage is at the hotel with a reception desk, and luggage is stored in a locked room. Very friendly staff who speak perfect English.

We booked a storage room specifically for the cafe so we could sit there and have a coffee before leaving. The cappuccino was good, and the cheesecake was also great. They took a photo of our suitcase when we checked it in, and the photo immediately appeared in the app next to the barcode. Very friendly staff. Thank you.
