Very pleased. Lovely staff. Very reasonable cost. Handy location if you’re getting the bus to the ferry for the Aran Islands.

Location was fairly secure with a door that had to be unlocked by the front desk to allow entry. Bag tags were provided. My only issue was that, while the woman at the desk when I dropped off my belongings was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the drop-off process, the man at the desk when I returned to pick up my belongings seemed confused, and didn’t know where I was supposed to go, nor did he know to unlock the door so I could access my things. Otherwise, great location!

Easy to use and quick. The Kinlay team is very professional. The hotel is secure, as is the luggage storage. It's also very well located, a 10-minute walk from the Coach Station. I recommend it.

Staff were very polite and informative. You have to be buzzed up to go to the floor with the locker room, and also they check you out by confirming the tags on your bag with your code. This was a lifesaver for two Americans who over packed and didn’t have time to get to the Airbnb before heading out on an excursion!
