Staff were very polite and informative. You have to be buzzed up to go to the floor with the locker room, and also they check you out by confirming the tags on your bag with your code. This was a lifesaver for two Americans who over packed and didn’t have time to get to the Airbnb before heading out on an excursion!

The suitcases are stored in a room in the hostel. They are identified with a card, but you have to leave them and pick them up from the room yourself, which makes it a bit unsafe.
