The friendly straff made me feel reassured that my luggage was safe.

Would have given 5 stars for the location but staff wasn’t very friendly. My belongings were placed on the side of the shop and can be accessed by the public (it’s a convenient store so people do come in and out). I was expecting a locker or at least my belongings were placed in a hidden area. I don’t feel safe putting my stuff but payment has been made beforehand. So dissatisfied for my first experience using bounce!
