Safely locked in a back room, but you have to go up in and then back down out the back and it can be crowded. If you’re not solo, I suggest sending one person in while the others stay with all the bags outside and then walking around the storefront to the back door so you don’t have to drag your stuff through the cafe. The later evening ladies’ English skills were a little less than earlier but we managed.

Everything was perfect, the place is close to the train and bus stations, I recommend it to everyone.

Positive experience. Friendly staff. It's a small room separate from the bar. The staff have keys, and you can store your luggage there. No receipt is issued for your luggage (though it should be noted that ours was the only one in storage).

First time I used it and it was great! Friendly and service was quick. I was looking for a storefront with bounce in it. It was part of a cafe kiddy corner when you walk out of the station. The lovely server saw me walking and knew what I was looking for which was nice. :-) I was very confident my belongings were safe while I was waiting for my accommodation. To be ready.

Very easy and convenient. It is also nice to get an espresso and a tasty treat!

Everything was great. The woman who checked our luggage was very friendly, and our suitcases were stored safely on shelves specifically designed for that purpose, so they weren't damaged and were very secure. The place is a large café located very close to the train station; I highly recommend it.
