The check-in and check-out went smoothly and professionally. As the reviewer before me already mentioned, this UPS store is in Sherman Oaks and the address details should be changed to by Bounce to the correct city.

This location - Always helpful and responsive , patiently my questions when answering the phone or text messages. And if you're parking challenged as it's downtown during rush hour - will even bring your package out or help if it's heavy ! great attitudes.

I never write reviews for anything but I wanted to help someone out if they’re ever in a similar situation and are doing research. This app is legit and a great option honestly. It was the cheapest easiest alternative to having to check out of a hotel when you’re flight is still hours away. Would recommend 100%

The confirmation listed my storage location as being in San Jose not Sherman Oaks. I was very nervous that I was given a reservation in the wrong location. Luckily it was correct and just listed wrong. Please correct that UPS Store 6884 is in Sherman Oaks CA. The storage venue itself was a good experience.

Although the location and the store was in a bit of a sketchy area, the service was good and reliable. Luggage was all safe and secure through the day

System did not successfully end my reservation when I picked up my luggage and I was concerned that I would be charged for extra storage time. The owner worked to make sure it was ended after I left. Great service, middling software.

Absolutely loved this service it was simple and easy and pickup/ drop off was very convenient. The instructions were clear, and I loved that I could roam around stress-free without my luggage. Can’t wait to use it again!! Thank you Bounce ❤️
