Very nice workers, easy, fast, and convenient!

It was good, very quick process, and importantly I didn’t lose my luggage. :)

Great experience, i missed the time window to check my luggage so this was the closest spot by the San Jose airport, and I was in such a rush to drop off my luggage before missing my flight and they were very helpful and quick. I got my luggage back safe and sound when I arrived back 2 days later.

Easy in and out. Very friendly staff.

The location is a bit unassuming being a food/liquor store however the attendant was helpful and we had no issues storing or retrieving our luggage. We stored it for the 49ers game.

I was moving to the States, but making a 4 day stop in San Jose for a wedding. I didn’t want to lug around 4 suitcases, so I dropped them off here. This place was perfect! Easy check-in and pick-up!

Easy in and out, just stored the bag for a few hours. Their hours are much more flexible than most of the other locations. Many locations were closed on Sundays.

I had my doubts when I dropped off my bag. But it was just as it was when I dropped it off 12 days ago.
