First time using the service and great experience. Small flaw, they told me that the baggage claim would only be possible at 2 even though I needed it earlier, after expressing the need to have the baggage immediately they returned the baggage to me without problems. A note at the time of booking to report these preferences from the operator would have helped me to organize myself better to avoid inconvenience.
