It was a bit weird to leave the bag behind the front counter initially. Upon return it was great to see you had moved it to safer storage in the back. Maybe worth telling that this what you will do.

This was my first time using bounce, and it was great! The staff were friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend the service!

I went there a couple of times and they were super helpful. They took their time even if I had many packages. They had even separated them by name ahead of time to pick them up faster. They also provided me with a bag to carry them!

Was efficient, had no issues

They were very nice and knew exactly how it all worked. The bags are put in a locker with a unique number for each bag and you take a picture of each of the tags as proof that they belong to you so that no one else can claim them. This made our last day of the trip so much nicer and more convenient. Thanks to the participants at the Downtown Grocery!
