About Valencia Train Station 

Located in the middle of Valencia’s old town, Valencia Train Station is the major transport hub of the picturesque city. With 8 platforms, a range of customer service options, retail shops and restaurants, Valencia Train Station has everything you’d expect of a main transport hub. It services a number of train lines that provide services around Spain.

The station was opened in 1852 and sees approximately 12 million passengers pass through its doors each year. The train station building is classified as Valencian Art Nouveau, a particular era of art that was particularly known for architecture. In 1987, the building was awarded Good of Cultural Heritage status. Today, the building remains predominantly intact for passing travelers to admire as they make their way through the city.
