We had the most brilliant service today from the team at Whisky and Wine. We checked in on time, and then the guy when we collected our luggage was great. He let us book Uber from the shop, and we had watched the soccer game until our Uber arrived. The best service, thank you. Mark & Maddy

Was easy to check in and out. Store had a good system for tagging the luggage, making sure you get the right bag, and no one else withdraws your bag. So it seemed very secure. Bags were taken to another space out of the store area as well.

So glad to know about this platform - enabled us to check out of our hotel in Cambridge and spend the day in Boston before flying home. Great idea.

Everything was perfect! I left my bags for a couple of hours. I think it is the best location if you go to the airport, because it is 5min away walking from BBline station, but also from the subway. Unlike other storage places, I chose this one because it shows the location before paying.

The man behind the counter was so nice and everything worked out perfectly from handoff to pickup. Location is amazing if you’re staying in south end. All around 5 stars couldn’t be happier

Convenient. The storage location did not seem very secure, however. You needed to ring a bell as the front of the store is not staffed but the luggage was kept at the front of the store
