The ticket price is 7.00 € for adults and 4.50 € for children (6 to 14 years old). Kids under 6 have free admission.

There's also the VRN Maimarkt combination ticket, which costs 13.00 € for adults and 7.00 € for children. This ticket covers both outbound and return trips to the Maimarkt throughout the entire VRN area and entry to the Maimarkt.

Here's how to reach the event, held at the Maimarktgelände Mannheim:

Car: The address is Xaver-Fuhr Straße 101. Take the A656 motorway and exit at Mannheim-Neuostheim/Maimarkt. Then, follow signs for Maimarkt Mannheim. There are plenty of parking spots at the venue, but arrive on time to secure yours.

S-Bahn (Train): Take the S-Bahn line S1, S2, S3, or S4 to Mannheim Arena/Maimarkt station. The event is about a 10-15 minute walk (1 km) from the station.

Tram: You can take Tram Line 6 or 6A to the stop Maimarkt, right in front of the exhibition grounds.

Bus: During the event, special Maimarkt shuttle buses will operate from Mannheim Central Station (Hauptbahnhof). Regular city buses also serve the area - bus line 50 services the Maimarkt stop, and additional trips are every 10 minutes at certain times.

While the organizers haven't officially released the bag policy for the 2025 event, it's advisable to follow these guidelines (based on practices at similar venues):

Bag size: Opt for small, hand-held clutches (approximately 4.5" x 6.5") rather than large purses. Clear bags are preferable to opaque backpacks.
