First time using the service and I loved it!

The hostel was easy to find, the staff were very attentive and friendly, and they even let me stay there for an hour until it was time to go to the bus station. It was the first time I used the app, since my Airbnb check-out was very early and my bus departure was late. I highly recommend it! You can go without any fear. They locked my bags and purses in a locker with a key, a super safe place full of cameras! I loved it.

Great experience with this app. I needed a place to leave my bags because I arrived in São Paulo at 8 am and my check-in time was at 3 pm. Since I was going to Liberdade, I installed the app and, based on reviews, I chose the Liberdade Hostel to leave my bags. It was a good experience. The hostel is close to the main tourist attractions in the neighborhood (near the subway station). The staff helped me quickly and politely and even offered me water and tourist information. I recommend it! Oh, and the bags are locked in a locker inside the hostel. I just found it a little difficult to find, but access is through a black door that opens onto the sidewalk. It's on the street behind Liberdade Avenue.

We left our bags to walk around Liberdade until it was time to check in. As it was a long trip, we ended up getting tired sooner than expected and, in addition to storing our bags, they let us rest a little in the lounge. The receptionist was very friendly and cordial.
