They told us that the signs that they put outside keep being stolen...so instead, they should have a big poster in the window. We only found them by chance after walking around aimlessly and eventually going in to ask if they knew where the luggage storage was. Apparently, the whole line of shops there is classified as 201 William Street, so signage is definitely needed.

On collecting the luggage, I was just advised to go out the back and collect them - there were multiple pieces out there belonging to other people so I don’t feel that it was particularly secure, as anyone collecting their items before us could have walked out with our bags! There was no door to the area they were kept either.

It was close to Perth Station and check-in and check-out were free.

Overall good experience. We were told our luggage would be moved to a locked area however, when we arrived to collect our luggage it was in the same area where anyone could have easy access.

Staff in the store were great. It take me ages to find the location as the Bounce website and booking did not list that it was inside a Grab-and-Go so might be useful to add that detail :)

First time using this service so was a little nervous however was very handy, good price and based on the number of bags at the location well used.

Need signage out the front of the zoom tobacco store in Murray st Perth I had no idea that it was there also Google led me a block away. Was only that I popped into the store to ask if the staff behind the counter knew where I had to go that I actually found it I almost gave up and was about to write the booking fee as a loss and put it down to a scam but all was good in the end but would be helpful to have a sign out the front of the host store

It was a very smooth process, I just have to show the qr code from my phone and they are able to verify my booking.
