One of Scandinavia’s busiest train stations, Copenhagen Central Station is downtown, with immediate access to the endlessly hip Vesterbro neighborhood and its bars and restaurants. Every public transit network has a stop at Copenhagen Central, including buses, taxis, local S-trains, regional trains, and long-distance carriers connecting Denmark with Germany and Scandinavia. There are baggage lockers inside, but these have size limitations and aren't as convenient or as flexible as our luggage storage service.

All good and very fast

I really did not like the fact that my suitcase was placed on a chain in the store itself. It felt unsafe. I would have thought the storage was not in the same room as where tourists are buying stuff.

Easy to use, not in a totally secure room but in a staff only area at the back of the shop. Saved pulling a suitcase around all day as we left our apartment 10am & didn’t fly home until 7pm. Would use again.

Good service and the online booking was simple and easy, but very difficult to find the place as no sign outside! Eventually worked out it was inside the souvenir shop but this wasn’t made clear from the booking.

Raka was very friendly and helped me with my luggage!

I assume they have CCTV coverage but hands up, I didn't check . Apologies if it is there in which case 5/5

The shop clerk mixed up our bags but once we told him that the bags he brought out weren't ours he fixed the mistake.

Awesome staff that were on duty today, you should absolutely look to reward them for outstanding performance any the closest pay review. To reiterate it was the two male staff working on the 9th September between 10am and 2pm

Not easy to find on the google maps, had to direct the driver. Overall ok, bit weird just leaving your bags in the middle of a shop, but hey ho, 8 hours later they were still there 🤷‍♂️
