No ID, confirmation code, pick up slip was asked for when I picked up my luggage. I could have been a random person off the street taking my bag and they would have never known

The drop off pick up was easy except the directions put on the other side of building and means you have to walk down stairs

This drop off is so easy and perfectly located near the Mont Blanc cable car in Chamonix and 2 minute walk from Chamonix Sud bus station. The shop owner is lovely and drop off/ collection was super quick and easy. She also sells the most amazing handmade soaps - perfect gifts to take home!

Staff were very patient and courteous

The name listed in bounce doesn't match the name on the sign above the bar, so it took a bit to determine if we were going to the correct place.

I find it very expensive €19.95 to store 2 backpacks + 1 cabin suitcase for 4 1/2 hours of storage.

It's hard to see the name of the bar. If someone from the staff hadn't approached me, I probably would have looked for you for a while longer.

Was not easy to get to during busy tourist season. Had to park at some distance from the librarie and drag heavy bags

Excellent, easy drop off near center of town. Friendly staff, extremely easy to deal with. If you make a reservation remember the pin sent to you in reservation email. Would absolutely do it again

The staff are not familiar with the application, they did not know how to help, they just receive the bags. The application has operational inconsistencies, I tried for 3 days to complete.

Used for luggage storage while hiking 10 days on the TMB. Great location close to the bus stop, friendly staff and easy process for drop off/pick up. Long operating hours throughout the day offer a lot of flexibility which I appreciated! Highly recommend!

The location was great and the owner was so, so, so kind.

This is a terrific service to store bags while in the area; I used it while hiking the TMB. The only negative thing (and why I dropped one star) was they weren’t initially sure where my large suitcase was stored. Found it in a secondary room.

At first it took me a while to realize that the addresses are in physical stores such as bookstores and sporting goods stores. But it is very practical. I will definitely use it more often!
