I recommend it because it is a hotel open 24 hours a day, so you can leave your unnecessary luggage and travel to other cities.

The younger lady working is very unprofessional!! She dropped my bag and I ended up with broken things!

The trafic in inside of the bus station, very good located. Everythink was fine there.

Handover and pick-up fine. Only upon pick-up we noticed a scratch on the suitcase. Lack of English.

Absolutely outstanding service: welcoming, friendly and very professional. Our train was late and they contacted us to offer help, including coming out of the building to find us. Above and beyond! Had complete confidence in this service. Helped with getting tickets for the airport bus and the store is right next to the bus stop so very convenient. Would certainly use again. Thankyou!

It was fine, but the employees didn't seem to know how the service works. When I said I had a reservation to leave my luggage, they didn't understand what I meant. Afterwards, everything was fine.
