Great service, friendly staff

Great drop off with really nice guy at the shop counter. Meant we were hands free to enjoy our last day in York and pick up the bags on the way back to the station.

Very obliging staff member and ideally placed. Recommended!

Steps make it challanging with bags. Staff were lovely.

This was the first time I had ever used a storage spot for my luggage. All of the great reviews were 100% accurate. Everyone who works there is kind and efficient. My family and I dropped off our luggage within minutes of arriving. The cost was quite reasonable and the amount of time allotted to storing our luggage was very generous. Most importantly, we felt that our luggage was secure during the time we were touring York. I would use them again without hesitation. I strongly recommend this facility.

Store too far from starting point. The site is misleading, it should immediately tell the actual distance. The person was not able to do all that uphill road.

Very convenient service and friendly staff. Didn’t have to carry my luggage whilst touring the city. The process was very smooth. You will need to make the booking online prior to dropping off your bags.

Great service all round

Kept our bags here while having a short stop over in York. It was a bit tricky to find but once we did, it was an easy drop off and pick up. The staff were very nice.
