There was no staff at the collection point, no one had explained to us where the luggage was kept and the storage was easily accessible to anyone who entered the lobby of the building (not guarded at all and also accessible to everyone). I was good in giving 3 stars

Everything was easy and quick, the hotel is very nice and cosy and the personal was really kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Really quick and efficient service. Great that the manager took pictures of the cases and showed them to us for identification. When we returned to collect the cases they were behind the bar. We had assumed they would be locked in a room. I'm guessing the bar was busy and assume it was mostly manned (?) but I would have felt more comfortable to see them put away in a room. Aside from that everything was great and it's a brilliant concept. Thank you.

Although the website said ‘closed at 11pm’, due to busy hours the owner let us know that we could also come get it at midnight/1am. Very kind and understanding owner. Drop-off is easy when taking a bolt.
