This was my first time using this service and it was so seamless and hassle free. Initially I was skeptical about using this service however I was pleasantly greeted by friendly staff when dropping and picking up my luggage... It may be good to note that my bag did not have any locks and contained many valuables and these were untouched....

The staff are friendly, and they kept my big suitcase in their back room, which is completely separate from the store floor. So it felt really safe and secure.

only few minutes walk from Mascot train station. very easy process. but my chocolate in my suitcase melted after 6 hours in the storage. it might be really warm in the store room.
