It was just difficult to locate we were looking for a bounce sign but very friendly helpful and convenient location

It would be good to show have a sticker showing that you are part of bounce, so that nobody can be mistaken and feel not secure. Also what is little bit "sad" but you can do nothing about it is the fact that ypu are staying only up until 19:00. Working more would be definitely terrible so I can understand. Today you have helped me a lot and you were friendly, helpful, only the sticker or whatever on doors showing that you are part would help.
