We could not have been more pleased with the service, location, and security. I was able to bring a few bags of groceries to leave with my luggage in the middle of the day and she kindly let me. Super nice, accommodating people!

The luggage is accessible to anyone having the code of the building (so basically any Bounce user having ever used this storage box). This is not a very secure option.

No staff present at drop off or pick up so couldn't confirm procedure at location
