Wonderful service and secure

This is the perfect drop-off spot after your cruise when you have time to kill in Old San Juan. The store owner was very welcoming and made it easy and fast. Many great bars nearby so just book with this location for a seamless ship to shore to airport experience.

Great location! Very convenient

This will be the fourth or fifth time I come to Ruben’s Century located awesome staff great food great service open 24 hours Security always looking over your stuff. Honestly, I was really surprised that they also do luggage carriage and it made my trip so much easier.

Easy drop off and fast service

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. No issues at all!

Upon arrival it seemed that the bags were an inconvenience, or they had never had someone actually leave bags. Lot's of blank stares. Had to wait to find someone who could take them and then they were placed under the stairs and thankfully locked up. We ended up picking the bags up early as they told us they were closing 30minutes after we were due to pick the bags up and we were worried that they might forget the bags and shut early if they didn't have customers. To be fair it was thanksgiving.

The whole process was good but the staff - could care less about you standing there .

It was so conveniently located at the Port. Easy, great people plus we could get a transfer to the airport! I totally recommend it!

There is no parking place and parking on the side of the street is not safe. Please suggest if there is a place to park.
